Covid-Navrati-wellness

I think this title is precise, significant and ongoing. Hey everyone, firstly, don't be worried about your health. It's Navratri week going on so be more positive about this new year.

We all can feel the power of Goddess Durga if we try to. That's also the reason we keep fasting these days.

But how? By eating a lot of chips and fried food and still naming it as fast. That's not good.

Let's get to the point. It's covid going on. And we all are staying back at home avoiding party and people😅. Still, welling is the greatest issue for us. Here is I am listing some tips for staying healthy during covid also managing your Navratri fasts.

Fat-free Navratri
Keep your diet clean from fried. As fried is covid friendly. Instead of deep-frying potatoes, boil them and toss them on Tava with some ghee. 
For this you all gonna thank me. As these potato fingers are super crips and tasty yet healthy.

Bail juice
Bail juice is super high on nutrition. Also helps in dealing with season changes.
One or two glasses of juice are enough as a one time meal.

Ice-cinnamon tea
Never have tea with milk, it's a kind of slow poison. You can have ice tea.. But drink it at room temperature only.

Breathing breaks
If you want a flat belly, try doing kapalbhati pranayan 4 times a day empty stomach. This going to be a power booster for you that to without eating much.

Dry fruits power
Almonds and makhana dry fruit power with some honey to your milk at bedtime is going to make your day.

Try staying home taking care of your body and soul from today.
